Cheerful 3 Bedroom Swiss Chalet at Table Rock Lake

The host was absolutely great to work with, and communicated quickly! Great space. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a meat thermometer for grilling! Do be cautious of steps, as they are a tight fit and can be hard to manage if you have any ailments., or plan on carrying in luggage, or groceries etc. You can also walk around up a slight hill to back of house through master bedroom though if needed to avoid so many stairs. The lake is not a 3 min. walk as listed, maybe 10, but a great walk!( several hills). The community is super cute to walk around in, our teens were able to cruise around in the evenings and hang out side with no worries. House was great, cute space, great location, wonderful views throughout the area. Easy lake access here, or up the road at Baxter.

There is plenty of living area for family games and the deck and front porch are nice outside areas. The host is very quick to respond to questions and the property is very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. My granddaughters enjoyed the games and crafting supplies and my 4 year old granddaughter was thrilled with the Twinkle, Twinkle Little Unicorn book. I will caution others that the stairs are rather steep and the kitchen is on the second level. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress (calling it a mattress is generous) on the fold out couch. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

What a hidden gem. Absolutely perfect get away. Everything we needed was readily available and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies to make it an effortless trip. Will be staying again for sure.
